About TOPPER CONNECT

Topper Connect is an initiative at Blue Mountain Christian University designed to help students build connections, grow as leaders, and make the most of their college experience. Through student organizations, affinity groups, and mentorship programs, Topper Connect creates opportunities for students to get involved, find their community, and thrive academically and socially.

PROGRAM GOALS & Participation

1. To increase the retention rates of full-time, undergraduate students. To improve student retention.
2. To increase student engagement in campus activities.
3. To increase leadership skills development and experiences among student leaders and mentors.
4. To increase peer to peer high impact interactions between upper classmen and first-year new enrolled students.

Any student at Blue Mountain Christian University can participate in our Topper Connect program.
